The MP350 Microlyser™ Processor is an innovation in high shear processing which utilizes a hybrid approach by incorporating Microfluidics proprietary Interaction Chamber™ technology with a unique electric pumping system, to deliver the highest cell disruption yields

This unique approach provides unmatched, industry-leading pressure up to 30,000 PSI for tough cell disruption application and optimal process efficiency. This hybrid solution provides consistent pressure across the batch cycle to maximize protein yields and ensures a high product quality in cell disruption of various cells – from E. coli to difficult yeast cells. The pumping system is simplified and easy to maintain with cleanable, drainable sanitary design. The MP350 Microlyser™ Processor has the same multi-slotted fixed-geometry Interaction Chamber™ that all Microfluidics equipment possess which provides consistent shear & uniform processing for reduced batch time & lesser passes. The multi-slotted fixed-geometry Interaction Chamber™ from Microfluidics also provides high wear resistance for longer life, less maintenance & breakdowns.

It is designed specifically for pharmaceutical and biotech applications, and engineered with full cGMP & GAMP compliance. Our precision-designed/manufactured machine offers data logging as per 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance & audit trail.. It also offers standard SIP feature to meet the requirement of the biotech industry.
